Negative: Check in at this hotel is very late, 4pm and luggage security very weak!
Summary: Barely adequate with regard to missing passport issue.

Positive: The rooms were lovely, pool area was nice.
Negative: Ordered drinks but no ice. Asked for ice and was told the machine was broken. Surely common sense would be to go get a few bags. Paying high prices for drinks and not getting ice is just not acceptable for a 4 star. I had a warm Aperol it wasn’t worth the price. No one seemed to care either. Also a lot of flies on the food at breakfast. Again paid additional €30 for this and it was awful.
Summary: It was ok but expensive for what it was.

Positive: Clean nice pool area though tiles round the pool got so hot burnt your feet. Good protective parking
Negative: Thought it had a restaurant but actually were recommending others some distance away Good half mile to square but good restaurant there with music and fountain light show worth seeing

Positive: From the very beginning the staff where so lovely and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very quiet and relaxing. I had a wonderful night sleep after a long day photographing a wedding! The secure car parking is perfect when travelling by car. I loved that the hotel has a art connection too. Really nice, I will be back when working in Béziers!
